Unethical and Non trustworthy company – CAREFUL
I had booked for a Thar vehicle on 10th Sep 2023 online for 30th Sep 23 requirement and made 100% payment online. on 29th evening their manager called me and said the vehicle has met with an accident and not available. So i agreed to take whichever vehicle available and requested to give a vehicle which is clean and in good condition by 5 am on 30th Sep. He arrived with vehicle Hyundai Aura by 7 am at my hotel and I was shocked to see the condition of the vehicle both external and internal. Inside it was stinking and not in a condition to sit for a minute as well. He himself was convinced that vehicle was not in a good condition and agreed to take back and refund the money. I was assured that within 8 days the payment will be credited to my bank account. I have been patiently following up with him post 9th day and twice he assured of getting payment done. But from last 2 days he has stopped receiving my calls also. In parallel, i had sent an email to their official email id and couple of reminders as well. There has been no response. I have finally sent an email threatening to take legal action against them and still there is no response. My views based on my own experience: > This company is not an ethical company > They are not customer centric and neither professional in their approach. > They are not capable of doing this business. Suggestion: Please do not chose this company for your requirements. My entire trip plan was impacted and I had to spend more money for the last minute alternate arrangement.
